My Journey
My name is Jack Cogger, I’ve been a dedicated practitioner of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki since 2023. I'm a Reiki Master and Reiki Master Teacher in a small place called Hayling Island in the United Kingdom. I can give normal hands-on Reiki healing in person or distance Reiki healing if you are unable to get to me. Distance reiki is just as effective as hands on. WHAT IS REIKI HEALING
Usui Shiki Ryoho, also known as Reiki, is a Japanese healing system that involves the use of hands-on energy healing techniques. The term "Reiki" is a Japanese word, and the system was originally called "Usui Shiki Ryoho", which translates to "The Usui Way. Dr. Mikao Usui developed the system after being inspired by his interest in symbology, mantras, and Kanji characters in ancient Sanskrit texts, Usui Shiki Ryoho is a holistic approach that aims to restore balance to the body and mind, both physically and emotionally

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST SESSION?
You should expect to feel calm relaxed and heat or cold or tingling from the practitioners hands
DO YOU HELP TREAT TERMINAL OR CHRONIC ILLNESS?
Yes Reiki can be used on terminal or chronic illness to help calm the person and treat the illness but should be used in conjunction with the doctors or a Health professional
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST TREATMENT?
Bring water and just try to relax we are fully qualified and trained to make you as comftable as possble
CAN YOU SEND DISTANCE REIKI HEALING?
Yes Reiki Healing can be sent to anyone anywhere in the world which means the practitioner doesnt need to be in the same Room as the client
IS REIKI OK IF YOUR PREGNANT
Reiki can safely be used at any stage of pregnancy
HOW DO YOU FEEL AFTER REIKI
Besides the immediate experience of the Reiki, you may notice other changes that continue to unfold as the day goes on: perhaps stronger digestion, a sense of being more centered and poised and less reactive, and sleeping deeply that night.
HOW CAN I LEARN REIKI?
Reiki is taught over three courses. Reiki level 1 is focused on self- healing and increasing sensitivity to energy. Reiki level 2 is focused on healing others both in-person and from a distance and the use of Reiki symbols. The Reiki master course is focused on self-realization and becoming a Reiki teacher.
